A. Personal Data You Provide
- Account Information: We collect your Full Name, Username, and Email Address when you register.
- Customer Support Data: Information you provide when contacting us for help.

- Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the App, including device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage Data: We collect usage statistics and crash logs to analyze App performance.
- Location Data: We may collect precise or approximate location data if you grant us permission to do so.

We use Cookies and potentially Web Beacons to maintain your login session and store your preferences.
2. Image and Face Data Policy
- Processing: We do NOT perform face recognition or collect biometric templates.
- Usage: Photos are processed solely for the purpose of generating the requested floral effects or content within the App.
- Storage: By default, generated images are stored locally on your device.
- Retention: Any temporary processing required on our servers is done on a one-time basis, and the data is immediately deleted after the generation is complete.
- Privacy: We do not use your photos or face data for training AI models or for marketing purposes.
3. Use of Your Information
We use the information we collect about you to:
- Provide, maintain, and manage your account.
- Personalize your experience within the floral community.
- Improve the App's functionality and safety.
- Respond to customer service requests.
- Comply with legal obligations.

- Support Data: Retained for 6 months to ensure query resolution.
