Terms of Use (User Agreement)

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Yooko Team ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the "Yooko - Floral Afternoon Meet" application (the "App").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

2. User Accounts

• Registration: You may be required to register with the App using your Name, Username, and Email.
• Responsibility: You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available.

Strictly Prohibited Content:

• Violating any applicable law or regulation.
• Posting content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or explicit.
• Uploading viruses or malicious code.
• Engaging in unauthorized data collection.

5. User Generated Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the floral arrangements, photos, and content you post ("User Content").
• License to Us: By posting User Content, you grant us a license to display and distribute such content solely within the functionality of the App.
• Content Moderation: We have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the App are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

7. Privacy Policy

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the jurisdiction where Yooko Team's main operations are located.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration.
